trackpad gestures not working in internet browsers

I can't scroll, go back, or forward.

Chrome, firefox, safari.

I have to restart the computer, it works for a few days then again I can't use gestures in my browsers.

This has only happened since updating to mavericks and it's pissing me off.

Can someone help me?

happened to me briefly, just restart and it never happened again!

Try reset PRAM and that should fix the issue.

Have you reset the Pram? Also try a SMC reset to see if it helps matters.
