Trackpad ghost

Hi,

So my track pad is behaving rather irratically. I've attached a video but in short it jumps around and selects stuff and moves of it's own accord. When I use it, it doesn't respond to me accurately and is pretty much totally unusable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have quite a bit of work to do between now and Tuesday.
