Trackpad in Lion less not working as well

Has anybody else had this issue? Ever since I upgraded to Lion, my Macbook Pro trackpad (mid-2009) has had a few "dead spots" though they don't stay dead. Just that a lot of times when I click, nothing happens, but sometimes it'll work. Is it just me, or have any of you experienced this?
