Help! I am used to using a three finger swipe to get to the top/bottom of any internet page, and a three finger swipe to go forward/backward in the same tab. How do I get this back?

Edit: It's the same in Spotify, I used to be able to go "backwards" with a three finger swipe. Now it just switches to the Dashboard.
