I always find it amusing, when there are KNOWN issues on a particular machine (like a 70-page thread on Apple's own discussion forums), that if you bring the machine in to the Genius Bar, they'll often claim ignorance, and say they've never heard of the issue.

Lots of you have brought in your affected 13" rMBPs in to the Genus Bar, and many of you have replicated the issue on the Apple Store's own demo machines...

So, just curious... have the Geniuses acknowledged the issue at this point? Or are they still saying, "hmmm... never seen that before!"?

(I'm gonna get a 13" rMBP, but waiting until this is resolved... I had a mini a few years back with known Airport antenna issues, evidenced in a big long support thread, but they never acknowledged it...)

I always find it refreshing when a Genius shows that they're as up to speed on known issues as well as its customers, but I find that's a rare occurrence. (So it begs the question... are they actually not informed, or are they told to toe the company line?)
