Trackpad Issue

I have Unibody macbook and sometimes the trackpad only seems to work in certain spots. Almost like I have to press it in its hot spot if not it will not respond when Im trying to click on something

Scrolling and tapping it workings perfectly fine it only happens sometimes when I have to click and press the trackpad down.

Has anyone experienced this problem?? Do I just need to replace the trackpad??

If you are trying to click on the top third of the trackpad, it won't work well, as it is hinged at the top, so you can try clicking closer to the bottom.

Well I click it at the bottom left, I mean bottom bottom left on the corner and still sometimes it wont work.

That's quite strange. I'd take it to apple and have them look at it.
