Trackpad issue

I am having a issue w/ my trackpad on my mbp 13" mid 2009

I had the trackpad replaced twice in June 2012.

I am trying to cick and drag to highlight text, but when I click on the left bottom and drag nothing happens.

Also the lower left corner appears to do nothing sometimes when trying to click on something. What should I do?
