I have a rMBP, 2.7GHz/16GB RAM/512GB ssd.

It is pretty much stock OS X, except for the few App Store apps I threw on it, MacFUSE, and NFTS 3g.

I also am running Windows 7 in Boot Camp.

The problem is, I booted into Lion today, and my keyboard and trackpad aren't working. They both work in Windows, and also when I boot into the OS X Recovery menu.

Is this a permissions error, or what is going on? I really do not find it necessary to reinstall Lion, if I can indirectly fix it somehow.

Have you tried repairing disk/ permissions while booted into the recovery disk?
