Trackpad/Mouse app for windows

Hey, basically I have a windows PC running XBMC and Steam!

I want a remote app which will allow me to navigate programs easily and nicely without being resource intensive.

I know their is an XBMC app available but I don't really feel too happy using it ATM. Also would like the app to be able to navigate steam etc.

Any recommendations? Apps I've found so far lack the polish which I would like from an iPad app.
