i’ve got a Mid 2014 MacBook Pro 13.
It has never been heavily used or abused, but when I powered it on a couple days ago the touchpad was completely unresponsive.
I’ve run the various nvram (?) resets etc.
Booted into recovery to see if it was OK in that, but still issues.
Also removed base panel and checked battery for any swelling or loose connectors, but everything seems fine.

Any other ideas on why it would suddenly fail?
No previous issues at all.
