Trackpad Problem

First of all I have a 13" Unibody Macbook which I had since launch last year.

Recently I have noticed that I have to press alot harder on the trackpad to register a click where as before it required little effort.

Anybody know of anything which may of caused this, or how to solve it? It get's very frustrating when trying to drag windows.
