Trackpad problems all of a sudden

Anyone having trackpad problems. Everything running smoothly then all of a sudden the trackpad starts playing up. I did what everyone said, uncheck everything and reset the computer but now one tap doesn't work on some things e.g. expanding boxes, moving boxes.

Yes, I've been getting this on the Trackpad on a MacPro 2006 (1,1) ever since upgrading to 10.7 Lion. I also upgraded to 10.7.1 today and the problem persists.

I find that if you switch off the Trackpad (hold the pad power button until the light goes out) and then turn it back on, it sorts it out.

I also have a Wacom Intuos tablet mouse connected via USB.
