Trackpad stops responding randomly, thoughts?

I've noticed a weird problem with my rMBP in the last few months.

Every so often, the trackpad just stops working for a few seconds. I can't really replicate it on demand, which is annoying.

Any thoughts?

Mine did the same.. was on the point of taking it to the apple store then I tried a complete wipe and reinstall and it fixed it.

I suspect a dodgy update somewhere.
