Recently got a 2019 MBP and found the trackpad to be reacting to my palm rested on the edge of the computer.
Too bad I have to go to these lengths with a $2000+ machine. Especially when I had to buy this because my 2016 MBP blackscreened.

Anyway, thought I'd pass this along because it is actually quite comfortable in use and it eliminates any false tracking.
Business card taped to edge with painters tape.

You know that the trackpad ignores unintended touches? For example when you rest the side of your right thumb where you have placed the blue tape, and you move your index finger, the thumb is ignored.
