Other Trade in iPhone 11 for (e.g.) Pro Max?

Hey guys,

When will it be possible to trade in /at Apple/ the latest iPhones.. for the latest iPhones?

Theoretically, If I want to upgrade from the 11 to the 11 Pro Max, will that be possible at some point? And if so, when?

If I recall correctly they have never done that with the latest devices?

I wouldn’t get your hopes up, you’ll have to sell it and pay the difference.

If you make the wrong purchase choice, Apple give you 14 days to return it no questions asked for a full refund or exchange.

If you’ve waited longer to realise you made the wrong choice, sadly your best bet is going to be sell your 11 and then pay the difference towards the Pro model.

Trade in with Apple will never get you much.
