trade in iPhone 5s and tax

Hey all,

A few questions..

1) If I trade in my iPhone 5S for a 64 GB iPhone 6 in a MA store, will there still be tax since the net price is $0?

2) I live in MA, but close to the NH border, if I order online and pick it up in a NH store, will I still get charged tax?

1. You will be charged full price on the phone, not the net price (that is not including your trade in).

2. Yes, if you pick it up in NH, then you'll not be charged any sales tax.
