I used Apple's trade-in program to trade in my iPhone X and got the 11 Pro. Was approved through Citizens Bank. I'm on their website and trying to figure out how to log in so I can make my payments/access my account. It says I need a "loan number". Where can I get that info? I don't recall ever receiving it.

Obviously you didn't read any of the fine print on the page when filling out the app. Read their site or call the bank.

The loan number is on the email receipt you get from Apple, and should also be on the email you get from Citizens.
