We are trading in three different iPhones in the same household. How can you tell which box is for what phone? So they contain the name or order number of the phone that you need to put inside what box ? How can you tell ?

I’m a bubble wrap and thick cardboard kinda guy. I used their supplied materials once and the phone cracked in transit and totally messed up a deal I had. From now on I use my own stuff with their labels.

Can’t do that, I’m trading it through Apple. I didn’t buy it from AT&T

No trade-ins at the stores, you have to mail out the phone.

Gotcha.. They know what phones go to what accounts by the serial number so I don’t think it really matters.

You should be able to match the serial number of each phone to the tracking numbers in your order history

The instruction email says to match the serial # on your shipping label to the serial number on phone.
