We are trading in three different iPhones in the same household. How can you tell which box is for what phone? So they contain the name or order number of the phone that you need to put inside what box ? How can you tell ?

Frankly the supplies they send are subpar. Just use your own box and packaging make sure it’s extra secure. Use the shipping label they supply obviously.

I understand I have to use the shipping label they provide, but how do I know what shipping label is for what phone or order ?

lol what’s subpar about it? Sleeve, inner box, tape provided....what more do you need?

I’m a bubble wrap and thick cardboard kinda guy. I used their supplied materials once and the phone cracked in transit and totally messed up a deal I had. From now on I use my own stuff with their labels.

Gotcha.. They know what phones go to what accounts by the serial number so I don’t think it really matters.

The instruction email says to match the serial # on your shipping label to the serial number on phone.
