Trade-In Question

Hi

I sent my S5 watch to Apple for trade-in. When I click on my order, it says the trade-in partner has inspected the watch and confirmed its value. It says I don’t have to do anything else and the trade in will be completed shortly. How long should it take beyond that point? It has been about 2-3 days. Thanks.

I would image that Phobio is very busy these days with Watch trade-ins so it might be a bit longer.

They normally will say 10-15 business days. I would say maybe couple more days, you will get an e-mail that it is complete.
