Carrier Trade-In value the same whether using Apple Store app or VZW site?

Thx, i wasnt sure if you selected your carrier via Apple that it would honor that companies trade in or not. They are offering $285 on the Apple store app for my 7+, was hoping to get more so will most likely pre-order through VZW directly.
