Trade In Wireless Mouse

I bought a bluetooth wireless mighty mouse for weeks ago tomorrow (Wednesday) from a local Apple Store.

When I bought it, I noticed the shell was lose on it and if I applied a little pressure it would click down.

The left Exposé button was also lose, I tried to deal with it but now its a huge annoyance.

Is it too late to trade it in for a new one? I kept the box in perfect condition just in case.

Speak to them and ask for the manager if they refuse...maybe you'll get lucky
