Trade In?

Hello I have a 2010 macbook and I was wondering if I could trade that in with some extra cash and get an IMac? Is it possible from apple or would I have to do this with just somebody who wants to trade?

You'd really have to sell it to make it worth your money...trade ins are valued at a large percentage below resale value.

If you are going to have any luck at all on a trade in, I'd guess it would be with Best Buy. They have paid out pretty decent money for Macbooks in the past, and have great prices on new iMacs. Give their online valuation calculator a check, it may surprise you, it certainly did me when we priced my friends old Macbook.
