Anyone know how trade in of iPhone upgrade plan phones will go tomorrow? I know it isn’t worth anything in the trade in...bc a balance is still owed. Last time I left it at the store when I got my new phone but it sounds like this time it has to be mailed in? I got my last phone on launch day last year.

Been a couple hours here on East Coast, any one have in store trade in experience yet?
Really hope it is done in store. Got burnt by ATT years ago with a mail trade.
Completed my pickup of new phone and exchange of the old one at 8 am CST. I can confirm that they will take your phone in-store.
Will they allow you to do the "quick transfer" from the old iPhone to the new iPhone before you give your old Phone up?
They did offer trade ins on the spot at Fair Oak Va. But held off since I had ordered both the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro. Thought some quick time in the store between the two would help me decide on my upgrade from an XR. Will go back next week once I decide which one to keep.
