Trade iPhone 4 for iPad 2?

I have a 16gb iPhone 4 - instead of selling it on ebay I was thinking of trying to trade it for a iPad2. For the same capacity would this be a fair trade? Are there any sites that facilitate this sort of stuff online somewhere?

16GB iPhone 4 here in the UK sells on the Apple Store for £500.

16GB WiFi iPad 2 sells for £400.

So ... it depends on the SKU really.

You have to consider the full price of the phone. Brand new 16GB iPhone 4 costs about $500-$600 full price i think. 16GB WIFI iPad 2 costs $500. Assuming your iPhone is in the same working and physical condition as the iPad that you are looking to get, I think it might be a fair trade.
