I am not very familiar with any of the MBP models. I wondering if this trade is fair for my iMac 20" aluminum 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1 GB RAM, 320 GB Hard Drive, SuperDrive?

Here is the MBP:

MBP 15.4" 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Proccessor. Running Leopard 10.5.2 (Includes new Leopard Install CD)

2 Gigabyte of Ram (upgradeable)
120 Gigabyte Hard Drive
iSight Camera Built in
NVIDIA GeForce 6800 128MB
Backlit Illuminated Keyboard with ambient light sensor
Slot-loading SuperDrive (DVD+RW/CD-RW)
ExpressCard/34 slot, FireWire 400 port, two USB 2.0 ports, optical digital audio input/line in, optical digital audio output/headphone out

He said he is willing to throw in cash too.

My iMac is 3 months old with papers and his MBP is 6 months old with papers.
What should i be looking for if i did this trade? This is through craigslist btw and I know i shouldnt be buying second hand computers, but it is still in apple warranty and extendable if it is only 6 months. Please help me make this trade smooth for the both us. I dont want to get ripped off.

I'd make sure I saw a receipt for his to verify purchase date, so you have the option to get Applecare. Also make sure you verify the specs. Other than that I would make this trade.
