Trading iPhone 4 for Galaxy note 2

I have my iPhone 4 8GB and I'm trading for a galaxy note 2. The persons note 2 has a small nick on the corner and that's it. I'm also adding 100 on top of my iPhone 4. What do you guys think? Only reason I'm doing this is because the galaxy note 2 easily goes for $500-600 so I just want to get some opinions on this. Thanks
