Traffic conditions appear in notification center despite it being disabled

Has anyone else noticed this?

I have the traffic conditions today widget disabled... It's at the bottom of the list with all the other disabled today widgets.

However, every once in a while I will still see traffic conditions appearing at the top..."it will take you about 20 minutes to get to work"

Usually a reboot will fix this but I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this bug.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
