Traffic updates in notification center

Does this work for anybody in the US? Did they take this feature out completely before GM? Or is it just not for US users?

Traffic updates have stopped working for me after installing the GM of iOS7 a week or so ago on my iPhone 4S. See locations listed in Privacy - Frequent Locations settings but no "estimated time" updates in notification center. How many frequent location data points does it need to accumulate between home and work before it starts displaying updates in notification center - really miss this feature, is quite handy when it actually works ;-(
