Traktor DJ Import problems

Hello!

I've already speant quite a bit of time trying to find the answer to this on several different Traktor DJ forums and as it's probably such a simple question I can't find the answer.

All I want to do is import stuff from my iTunes folder to Traktor. How the hell do you do it? One of my DJ chums explained it to me the other day, however I'd had a couple of drinks and have forgotten.
