tranfering data MB3 to MBA, is target disk possible?

Hello

I just got a few hours ago my MBA 2.4 and am very happy with it, but then the question comes to mind, what's the best way to transfer my files since I'm out of a FireWire here...: I have never tryied target disk mode, but will it work over USB?
