Transefering Contacts

I am switching from a PC to an iMac, I have about 2000 contacts in my outlook. Does anybody give me a hint how to import these contacts to my address book on the iMac.

I'm not 100% sure this works in Outlook Express vs. Outlook (in some places, they weirdly have very different behavior and infrastructure).
