iPhone 12 Pro Max transfairing videos and pics problem

hi ive just got my iphone 12 pro max and im trying to transfair all my pics and video ect via itunes but ive had a few videos come up with not copied because its the wrong format yet it has copied some of the same format over

anyone able to help

Hi all I’ve tried converting the videos and it still won’t let me transfer them to my phone for some reason

if I uploaded all my videos to the cloud would I still have the same problem
