transfer a specific album to iPhoto

I have a specific album I had uploaded to my old iphone 6 and I am trying to transfer that album onto a new computer but when I open up Photos and connect the iP6 for some reason iPhoto doesn't show that old album.

How can I transfer that specific album only?

I wrote "PHOTOS" the first time, accidently "iPhotos" the second time. PRETTY sure iphoto doesn't even exist anymore as it was replaced my Photos.
