Transfer app from old iPhone/iPad to new iPhone/iPad...not in App Store anymore.

I backed up my iPhone 6 (not apps because I wanted fresh downloads) and restored to my 7.

I noticed an app I use every day wasn't on my 7 so I looked and it isn't in the App Store anymore.

I still have my 6 with the app. How do I get this app on my 7?
