I'm using iPhone Explorer on my recently formatted macbook (https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1002998/)
and I have all my backed up files on my iPhone.
I've put almost all the files back on now, music, videos, other files etc. and I've come across the folder "Apps". In pressing the arrow to the left, I get a list of my apps as folders. How do I transfer these back into iTunes without losing my passwords, game data and settings from each app?
