Transfer Best Buy reservation?

Hey everyone,

Sorry if this has been asked before..

I preordered from best buy but ended up buying one from the apple store. Best Buy didn't have enough stock to get me the phone today and said they would schedule an appointment when they have more available. Does anyone know if we can transfer our reservations to a friend?
