Transfer CBR/CBZ files from iPad to Windows laptop?

I deleted a few CBR/CBZ files by accident on my Windows laptop. I have the files on my iPad which I view via ComicZeal. Is there a way to transfer those CBR/CBZ files from the iPad to laptop?

yeah, as long a you know the files it's possible.
Just open up iTunes, go to Apps, scroll down where you can add stuff to specific apps, and click on "Comic Zeal"
Locate and drag from iTunes to your desktop.

[haven't tried it myself for ComicZeal, but that's how i get PDFs from another app off my iPad to my computer]
