Transfer Contacts

I'm going to high school so I created my own Apple ID instead of continuing to share one with my family. The only thing that I really need from my old one is my 350+ contacts. I would rather not have to type them all in again. I was wondering if there is a way to transfer contacts from my old Apple ID to my new one. I still have the old Apple ID with the contacts on my family iPad and my parents' iPhones, as well as a few iPod Touches. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.
