Transfer data iPhone to iPhone?

I know you could connect two devices and via ex imazing app copy/transfer data to a new device. Problem is you have to have both devices connected to the computer at the same time.
I am going to do a Craigslist deal where a person gets my iPhone 6S and I gets his iPhone SE. So we are just going to swap right there at the spot. Is there a way to do this data transfer with messages + photos and not having to have both phones connected at the same time to the computer?

Without jailbreak.

Well I would like to start as fresh/clean as possible. Not having anything installed from my old phone. Just photos and messages.
