Hi all. I'll be getting my 7 Plus tomorrow and will need to transfer all my data from the 6 over to the new one. I'm currently on the 10.1.3? Beta. Will that affect the transfer? I won't have to downgrade to the stock 10.1 in order to transfer over to the stock on the new phone will I?

If your backup is created under 10.1.3 you will not be able to restore that backup on a device that runs an older iOS version. For example 10.1.1
So you might need to put the new iPhone 7 to the latest beta too.

I have set up my 7+ as a new phone. Is there any app or procedure for transferring my imessages and photos to my new phone or uploading them to icloud and accessing them that way?
The only way to get back your camera roll and messages is via a restore from a backup.
