transfer emails from iphone to Mac

Hello,

How can I backup my emails from my iphone 5s to Mac? The email is not any more accessible but all my emails are on my phone and I would like to transfer them from iphone to Mac.
Could you tell me what can I do that?

Send/forward them to an email account that you can access from your Mac. That's the only way AFAIK, unless things have changed.
