iPad Transfer files from ipad to server?

Ok so I downloaded a few video files onto my ipad via atomic browser,

Is there a app where I can transfer the files over into one of my share folders
on my server(windows home server 2011)

I don't want to have to plug my ipad into the server or use itunes,

Can anyone advice?
