Transfer files from MacBook Air LIF drive

Anyone know how to do this - I posted a thread the other day (fried my logic board). I now need to recover the documents from the drive.

It's a Samsung Sata Lif - I can't find any Lif adapters but plenty of Zif, can these be used instead ?

Any others suggestions welcome!
