Transfer Files from MBP to Samsung S3

Looking for some advice on transferring files to and from a rMBP to Samsung S3.

If the S3 uses MTP you will have to download Android File Transfer (http://www.android.com/filetransfer/)from Google, otherwise look into something like AirDroid which will allow you to transfer over a Wireless Network.
