Transfer from iPhone to computer

Iv seen accessories and stuff on engadget, but cant find them.

My friend's laptop crashed and she had to get a new one, now she cant do anything but erase and start from scratch.

Anyone know of anything she can use to get back all her stuff from her iPhone?

to sync contacts download funambol from app store and sync with their server. once phone has been synced up to new computer you can resync contacts from funambol and then sync them on your computer.

for music (pod to mac) isuppose to be able to do it for you.

as far as pictures I don't know.

any applications just right click on the phone and click transfer applications.

also for any app that you bought, you can down load it again at no cost to you. iTunes/Apple will recognize that you already purchased the app and allow you to down load it again at no cost. You will get a message.

Launch iTunes on the new computer.
Connect her Iphone.
Authorize the computer.
Go up to "File", select "transfer purchases made on this phone/ipodto this computer.
