iPod touch Transfer from PC to Mac

I'll be getting a Touch with my Macbook soon...

can I just plug the Touch into my PC and get the songs onto it and then plug it into the Mac and have the songs go from the iPod to iTunes?

I think you'll need an application like Senuti to do that.

your ipod will just erase and resync the songs on the ipod each time u swap from mac to pc surely?

Disable automatic synching in iTunes preferences.
