Transfer iOS photo albums from iPhone to PC?

Hello,
I like to group my iOS photos into albums on my iPhone like a lot of people

I wanted to know if there was a way to transfer my iOS photos from my iPhone to a PC and have it keep them organized accordingly. When I go through the import pictures process on Windows, it doesn't seem to recognize the albums and just transfers them to one folder. There's an option to organize them by time but that doesn't do me a whole lot of good.

Anyone know of a way to accomplish this? Is there special software to do this?
