Transfer iPhone backup from mac to pc

I have windows 7 dual booted on my MacBook Pro, and recently have been having trouble syncing my iPhone 3G to my iTunes on OSX. I tried reinstalling iTunes, restoring my phone, and any thing that may have helped. But now I am stuck with a completely restored phone and can not sync it back from my backup.
When I attempt to sync to iTunes on windows 7, it works fine.
Is there any way I can move my iPhone backup from OSX to Windows, so I can restore it though the iTunes on Windows.
