Transfer iPhone picture to computer other than Camera Roll folder

Is there any way to transfer picture to computer other than Camera Roll folder from iPhone, there is another folder in my iphone contains pictures.

First thought, screenshot the photos you wish to transfer. (unsure of quality)

Second thought, email them to yourself.

Third thought, there is a paid software for your computer that can access these files.

I've been looking for programs like these too, but with no real success.

iPhoto is just for the Mac isn't it ? I'd need a PC one.

The programs I've found change the name of my pictures, so when I try to import them back on my phone, they are all unorganized. Which is very annoying.

If you know some programs, please list them here. I'd try them all <_<
