Transfer iPhone Syncing to new Mac

I upgraded laptops and now want to sync my iPhone with the new MacBook, what file/folder or .plist must IO transfer so the iPhone recognizes the new Mac as the one it is tied to? I don't want to erase and reinstall the phone, and I manually transferred my documents and data. Thanks!

I'm about to install an SSD to my Mac and clean install ML when it comes out and this is one less headache to worry about.
